You mentioned that your lower lip is behind the upper teeth and teeth are in good condition. We call that a lip trap. Lip trap will worsen the protruding teeth in long run because it will continuously put pressure on upper teeth. You might be having spaces or gap also in you upper front teeth. Please post your picture, teeth and face for better consultation. If the health of your gum and teeth is good, then you can go ahead with Clear Aligner treatment to align your teeth in a line and pull it back. This will also improve your occlusion and lip trap. Please visit an Orthodontist or General Dentist.

Hello mam, As, According to you, there are no dental issues present. So, first we need to check & examine your dental condition. In case there is gum disease, your front teeth can move forward & in case there is no gum disease it can be due to other underlying causes like you told lip trap. Lip trap will further move your upper teeth out, so we need to remove the lip trap ( upper teeth trapped behind lower lip will further push out your teeth). It can definitely be corrected but before complete diagnosis we need to go through your pictures .
Next Steps
Post pictures of teeth/ consult over a video call or visit a dentist.

Yes , ma'm,  don't worry about it. The problem you are facing is because of accumulation of a calcified substance called' tartar 'causing loosening of the supporting structure of teeth called ' periodontium ' which includes gums,  underlying supporting bone & cementum( the sensitive layer). Also , are you taking medicines for any disease other than dental ? If so, please mention. .
Next Steps
Visit dentist for further clinical examination & radiographic investigations to evaluate the condition & accordingly treatment should be carried out.
Health Tips
Brushing technique should be improved as advised by the dentist / periodontist. Use ultrasoft toothbrush for it . Gargle with lukewarm salt water after every meals to maintain oral hygiene. Thanks!

Hi, Some times teeth can protrude with age especially if the supporting gums and bone are weakened due to periodontal disease. In such cases the teeth protrude and spaces are created under the constant force of the tongue pushing outward.
Next Steps
To avoid this you need to practice good oral hygiene.Brush twice a day .Floss your teeth daily. Get your teeth scaled once in six months. All this will help to stabilise your teeth and maybe prevent further protrusion.
