Teeth and gums pain and swelling after r
After 1st day of rct there is swelling in the gum just below the teeth with a digging pain sensation.. I he tooth was rotten and half broken too

Hi, Some times infection may takes time to heal after 1 st setting that's ok but swelling should not occur after the completion of rct.

RCT post op problems occurs due to infection which was previously there and some complications. Nevertheless the filling will be postponed till the time the infection settles down.
