Teeth and jaws misalignment
My jaw is going towards right exteme.. Its moving left and right.. Not properly fitting with upper one.. I was suggested to wear tmj splint and go for bite plate for deep bite.. I have hyper gag, cant give impression.. What can i do.. Pls suggest.. I m too tensed.. Silicone dental impression where i can find in bangalore.. Which dental clinic my problem can be solved..

As per your provided xray I could see that 3 wisdom teeth are all Impacted and one wisdom tooth missing.You must extract the Impacted wisdom teeth. The Jaw relationship problems are also related to the Impacted teeth as well.
