Teeth are becoming yellow
I have a habbit of smoking and consume 8 cups of tea nad coffee cuz of which my teeths are turning yellow can u plz help what i need to do should i go for teeth cleaning or any other treatments

You can opt for scaling and polishing. However if you want to lighten the tooth shade then opt for bleaching. You can choose home bleaching where your dentist can make custom trays for you
