Hi my premolar teeth was damaged by cavity and its budgeing slightly . all teeth have yellow spot . I brush daily twice . Thanks

You might need an immediate filling or root canal in your premolar teeth. Donot delay any further...it will only worsen the condition For the yellow spot....you may attach a picture in your next query
