Brown teeth may be a result of high fluoride content in water, food stains or some medications. Overbrushing leads to rough teeth, which adhere more stains. Ultrasonic teeth cleaning may help you to some extent. (Its completely safe and harmless procedure, should be done every 6 months) There is a risk of teeth sensitivity if bleaching ( chemical teeth whitening) is done. It will also last for a few weeks. Its up to you if to take this risk or not. Ceramic laminates can also be done. You need to decide at what expense and risk you want white teeth. Visit dentist for clinical examination.
