Hi mam,  yes you can go for braces at the of 36. Depending on the time taken for proper arrangements of teeth at your age, other techniques and methods are also available if and only if time is a limitation. And if you are concern about a good smile, you can ask your dentist about smile designing, teeth whitening, gum aesthetic, tooth jewellery n so on. Thank you.
Next Steps
meet and discuss with your dentist and get your complete oral examination done.
Health Tips
Kindly do the treatment at the earliest. Take care

Hi there you are little above the regular age for the orthodontic treatment but that doesn't mean that you cannot undergo the treatment. Please visit the near by dental hospital,  with proper examination and radiographs we can acess the situation and let you know in detail about the possibilities. Feel free to contact me if you still have any doubts even after that

You can definitely go for orthodontic therapy at your age although the treatment duration will be slightly longer because the bone density increases with age. If you maintain proper oral hygiene and gum health during the treatment you can achieve excellent results. A better alternative according to your case would be the use of clear aligners which give more predictable results with warranty certificates. Regards
