My teeth are irregular, and I want to fix it, is that possible. My inner jaw teeth is also affected due to random structure of my forward teeth.

You need to consult an orthodontist to check if braces can be put to correct your teeth. If you don't know an orthodontist visit a dentist who will be able to refer you to one. If not then some cases can be corrected with cosmetic dentistry.
