Hello sir Yellow marks can be stains, calculus /deposits. You can go for oral prophylaxis i.e cleaning. And plan further for bleaching. Regards Dr Parul Rai

From the description of your condition it seems that you have got plaque and tartar  depositiob on teeth. That is the probable reason for bad smell as well.You can get professional teeth cleaning done.
