Teeth not coming out

My son's two teeth adjacent to the front teeth hasn't come since 6 months. Can any one help me out...will they come or not...i am really tensed..he is 6 yrs old.

There is a lot of variation in the eruption of teeth. the side teeth may come at the age of 7-8 yrs. You can visit us and a simple x ray can reveal the presence of teeth.
