As per your query the origin of pain can only be determined by proper dental check up. The emanating pain can be either due to the 1-Tooth brush abrasion which causes the sensitivity issues due to exposure of dentin by wrong brushing technique (mostly horizontal brushing performed by the patient) which is seen as generalized pain in half the teeth segment or entire jaw concerned 2-The presence of a tooth cavity which is usually localised in a specific tooth which can be diagnosed by an efficient dental check up.
Next Steps
The cause needs to be determined and appropriate treatment should be rendered
Health Tips
1-If cavity is present then a radiographic image should be taken to ascertain the depth of damage to the tooth involved 2- If sensitivity is due to tooth brush abrasion then use of desensitizing tooth paste can be of help like Vantez , Sensodent KF, Shy-nm toothpaste. If calculus/ a hard yellow deposit is seen in the mouth then ultrasonic scaling and polishing can be performed prior to application of toothpaste or anti sensitivity mouth washes like Freshclor, Chlorhexidine mouthwash.

It can be due to tooth cavity. Needs to be filled to avoid pain in future. As you can, get it treated. Until then use clove oil in the area, that will ease the sensitivity felt for the time being.

Is pain or sensitivity occuring in a single tooth or it is generalised??
Next Steps
if it is in a single tooth...RCT might have to be performed on physically examining the tooth....for the time being you can take ketrol dt two tablets together only whenever pain occurs... antibiotics can't be prescribed without knowing the history of any allergy to them....and use a anti sensitivity toothpaste like vantej or shy-nm even if the pain is localised or generalised
Health Tips
avoid eating from that side of the jaw and maintain proper cleanliness
