Hi ur tooth is decayed n due to d pressure created by d infection.. whenever u touch u have pain.. to refer u to a dr . I don’t know which place ur from.. as d above description.. u require an root canal

Consult a dentist to get an X-ray and check up and your dentist will advise you on the treatment required. Meanwhile do hot water gargles with salt and take a painkiller like Combiflam to get pain relief

When tooth decay reaches the nerves in the tooth u get such pain.
Don't apply heat or zandu balm, u may get a swelling.

hello...consult a dentist , get general check up and get an x ray done. after conformation only you will get proper treatment meanwhile dont bite with excess force when they touches u ll get more pain due to infection from that particular teeth. For more details contact siridentalhospital.com
