Teeth removed need to replace
My one lower jaw is removed before 10 years as a result teeth of teeth which above it is coming downward. So doctor asked me either to go for teeth implant or doing RCT of 2near by vital teeth . So I'm confused and panic to what to prefer . Which is the best one and long lasting for how many years with no side effects

It's always better to replace at the affected site so go for implants in 2 visits it's over whereas rct and crown would require multiple sittings

Thanks for the query
At present scenario best available method to replace the missing tooth/teeth is Dental implant.
Provided if available bone and fairablw condition is thr for Implant.
I strongly disagree to go with RCT of natural tooth when implant is feasible..
Once implant is placed it's a part of body and in helthy conditions it's satys throughout..

Teeth implant is best option depending on your age .consult a dentist know more that can implant be done for you , how is the neighbouring bone ,And then proceed with treatment suitable.
