Hi I have started orthodontics treatment and it took 2.5 years to complete but after initial starting I.e 4 months doctor told me that I have severe front 2 teeth root resorption but he still insisted for further treatment while my root canal of front teeth was done after treatment there is still resorption I have done dental bridge for front teeth to save it there is also root resorption on bottom teeth which other doctor insisted that he has to repeat root canal on front and bottom teeth

Root resorption can happen because of multiple reasons. The most important cause is tooth trauma caused because of excessive tooth movements or any hit to your front teeth.
The body tries to remove the deceased part of the tooth. The tentative treatment is root canal, which will stop the resorption.
