Hi there, alignment of Teeth with braces alone (without surgery) can be done in cases with mild to moderate severity of teeth proclination. Mostly only severe cases would be treated with surgery. So leave the decision to an orthodontist.

Visit a orthodontist.he will check it properly whether you need surgery or it can get corrected with braces.for proper evaluation you will be asked to get opg and a lateral ceph done.after that only your dentist can decide for a surgery or braces.your teeth will definitely get corrected .Your facial profile pictures will also be considered .
