At your age orthodontic treatment is a good option & permanent thing also. Veneers and crowns can be done ,it requires your tooth to be trimmed. After sometime if you don't want to have those crowns or veneers nothing can be done as your tooth is already trimmed off.

Please get braces done. It is the correct procedure. Anything else and you are maiming yourself for life. Once tooth structure is cut it can't be brought back. Please get braces done. For your own good.

Your options are:
Orthodontic treatment: ranges from ₹30000-₹200000 , usual treatment period is of 12-18 months.
Veneers: ranges from ₹6000-₹15000 per tooth , depends upon the type of quality and brand material you choose for the treatment.
Crowns: ranges from ₹2000-₹15000 , again depends upon the type of quality and brand material you choose for the treatment.
As you wrote, you don’t want to go with braces but If you want permanent solution then better opt for orthodontic treatment i.e braces.
Rest depends on you choice.
