I want to know whether I can get my front two teeth shortened. If yes, then what is the Average cost and will there be any side effects after doing so?

Yes it can be shortened to a limit of 1-2 mm after that depth u may feel sensitivity,if u want to reduce further then root canal treatment has to be done  bfre that,and then reduce..and u and go for cap placement after that...it's also called as smile design..it's can range from 3-5k for RCT of single tooth and cap from around 3-9k depending on the material u choose.varies from place to place

You are asking this Q probably because your front two teeth are proclined (forward). Whatever it may be but shortening definitely is not the way out. Go for braces for correction.
