Hello... General cleaning must be done, and need to evaluate whether your teeth is capable of Bleaching or not... Because there are certain contraindications for Bleaching, need to do a clinical examination...

Teeth whitening, is a good choice. Scaling and polishing is done first to check if the stains are superficial . If the stains are internal then bleaching, or laminates will be the treatment.
