Hi, Color of the teeth are determined by various factors Consumption of chromatogenic foods like tea , coffee, turmeric And there are 2 types of stains 1. On the surface of the teeth 2. Intrinsic stains( from inside the teeth) 1st type of stain can easily be removed by a simple scaling ( cleaning ) procedure followed by polishing
Next Steps
you can visit any dentist and request a full mouth cleaning / scaling and polishing it is a 15-20 mins painless procedure and gives amazing results i hope this was helpful to you regards, Dr. Prachi Lalji
