I had unprotected sex on 7th June
I have PCOS
I don't have regular periods
I did not have my periods yet
I had an ultrasound in April 12 in which they use a machine on the belly to get a picture of the pelvis.
Will that 12 April Ultrasound be able to detect pregnancy?

You can stop imagining a pregnancy!
Because if the last intercourse was in June you would have delivered in 9 months!!! Much before the ultrasound on April 12
