Tenderness & Pain in submandibular area

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Dear doctors from the last 2-3 days i am having a mouth ulcer at the right side of the mouth near teeth area and having a slight pain and tenderness in submandibular area of right side under the chin.Both mouth ulcer and submandibular tenderness occured at the same time. Please doctors guide me.
