Tendonitis and pains while walking
I am suffering from tendonitis from last 2 years and have tried so many medicines for this but all in vain. I had ACHILIES TENDON RUPTURE and gone through surgery for the right leg. My joints are paining specially knees while climbing up and down on stairs. My medicines are TENDOCARE,INDOCAP,but i am not happy with the results. I am involve in many sports activities but cant perform now days. Please suggest what to be done.Doctor advised me to take injection for Tendonitis in affected area.

Physiotherapy is the answer to your condition. It not only helps in reducing pain but strengthen your muscles also to regain day to day activities again
