Hello, First please tell  me where exactly you have pain on elbow either outer side of elbow or inner side of elbow? Also, consult physiotherapist  and take proper treatment. you will be able to get result after 10 to 12 sessions depending kind of problem you have. You can also take tapping technique it will be very helpful for elbow pain.
Next Steps
Avoid movement for some days Apply ice over there You can also wear belt

Hello there is it a diagnosed case of tennis elbow? What Physio treatment were you taking? What is the exact location of the pain? Were you taking any pain killers,anti infllammatory medicines wih it? What exercises were taught to the patient? What work is the patient doing? The following questions needs answers to properly know why even aftwr 4 months the pain is still there....

Hi Please provide more details regarding the area of pain, which all movements increase the pain,is it continues pain,did she have a fall or hit her elbow,also what all was given in physiotherapy.Only then will be able to help you further
