Cure can only happen when the cause is addressed. Kindly pay close attention to find out what is triggering and/causing you pain. An Orthopedecian and a Physiotherapist definitely need to be consulted as proper assessment is required prior to choosing any therapy/treatment.
Next Steps
Notice what position/activity is causing you pain. If you know, then avoid them. Make relaxation a habit. Do things relaxingly.

You need to get a proper check done before proceeding with any kind of treatment. You can start with icing for a limited time incase there is inflammation or visible swelling. Also rest the area as it will reduce the ongoing inflammatory process and give time to heal.
Next Steps
You need to visit a qualified orthopaedic or physiotherapist for further treatment option.
Health Tips
Assistive support devices specially made for elbow injuries will aid you in maintaining stability.

Dry needling is an adjunct therapy to exercise therapy. You will need to visit a local physical therapist who will assess your current situation and gauge if dry needling is a suitable modality at this point. We hold off dry needling if there is excessive inflammation. You will require eccentric muscle training, isometric strengthening, full range of motion activities and the physical therapist will mobilise the affected joints as well.
Next Steps
See a physical therapist asap. We are located in Andheri West by the name of rebalance physical therapy and rehabilitation centre. We also provide home care services.

Consult with a physiotherapist who have orthopaedic experience for proper biomechanical assessment and corrective treatment. Dry needling can be effective, but that depends upon assessment.
