Tension and Pressure of Mind don't Sleep
I have Problem that job pressure or what I don't know also I have running many thoughts in my mind that running but I can't remember also that not compulsory all are tension making thoughts but it's continue work in my different thoungt some thing always running in mind and also Sleeping problem and feel pressure on mind

Good sleep comes to a relaxed and calm mind only. With so many thoughts running around in your mind, I understand that you are overthinking and overwhelmed by your overthinking, which causes you feel afraid and always alert, looking out for danger in your environment.
