Terrible pain while passing stool.
Issue - terrible pain near anus region, which is more prominent if i sit constantly for long time. Pain increases more while passing stool. There is no swelling or bleeding. Lifestyle : I'm 29 years old, I have a work which requires long hours of sitting and my exercise and physical activity is very low. I do smoke around 10 cigarettes per day. And do drink a lot of tea. And recently going from stressful phase.

Using a Tyre-shaped cushion to sit on will help reduce the pressure on anal region while sitting. You can get it from a surgical store. Apply coconut/cooking oil to the pain area if their is no inflammation. Walk as much as you can in between work. You are suffering from anal fissure.stool should be kept soft. If  these measures fail anal stretching is indicated. Fissurectomy is usually done if the previous steps fail .

It can be piles/fissure. Ur lifestyle has a role in ur problem. U need to do many lifestyle changes. First u need to quit smoking. As it causes constipation n hence painful defeaction. Also reduce tea intake. It has same result as smoking. Also start exercising. U have not mentioned about ur eating habits. May be that also needs changes. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
