Terrible period cramps
I had a Kyleena IUD inserted on April 30th. My cramps used to be constant in the first month, mainly during the evening. Throughout the past months my cramps have gotten a lot better. However, when I get my period during the month, I get excruciating and painful cramps. I usually have one night at the beginning of my period that I’m awake throughout the whole night with terrible cramps. Ive had Celebrex prescribed and felt that it didn’t help. I need something to help with my pain.

You can have painful periods as a side effect of Kyleena IUD also. For main management you can take drotaverine plus mefenamic acid combination also.
