Test for B12 and hemoglobin
Hi, I got my periods on 18th day(this is the first time in 10 years that I got an early period and a little cramps. I never had any issue with periods) and also I have seen a few symptoms of low blood count like frequent weakness, really less bleeding during periods, pale eyes, lack of sleep. One of my friend suggested for a check up for B12 and hemoglobin deficiency. I'm currently on the 2nd day of my period. So when can I get the test done? And also what tests are to be done ? Thank you.

Hi, Periods can come early or may be delayed sometimes but in a range of 21-35 days so don't worry. If again period comes so early then u should get a help from gynecologist. For Blood and hemoglobin you should first get your CBC done and accordingly it can be decided the cause of low hemoglobin like vitamin B12 or Iron profile test is required or anything else. Hope this might be helpful to you.
