I had sex amd after 3-4 days i hot urine test it was negative and then i got brown discharge for 4 days i dont know that were periods or not so to confirm pregnancy i had hcg blood tests it was negative and after 3-4 days again i had blood test it was negative the result was less than 1.20 am i pregnant or not?

Neither beta hcg not urine pregnancy test will give result before implantation so soon.
Wait till the day of your next periods and then do a urine pregnancy test to confirm
