Testicle pain, penis pain, urinary freq.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am 20 and have had testicle pain for 4 months. I recently developed urinary frequency, feeling unable to empty my bladder, nighttime peeing My penis is sore.. My urologist said I have a 4 mm epidiymal cyst and gave me cipro for 30 days for prostatitis.He said he could do surgery to remove cyst.He didn’t do a prostrate exam. Should I get surgery?
