Testicle problem
My left testicle is bigger than right one. I feel something in my scrotum. It's like group of long vena. I feel no pain and no problem of itching. I am worried about it. Please tell me what is that??

As per your description it can be varicocele...
It is not harmful but you should consult your nearest Urologist once to confirm the diagnosis..
