Testicle swelling
Sir, i am 38 now. I am having a swelling in my left testicle for the past 21 years without any pain. So i just ignored it. In last one month or so, i feel occasional pain.. At times in right ine also which is normal size.. Can you suggest something except surgery?

Get clinical physical examination done by a urologist or general surgeon to look for nature of testicular swelling,
Not all swelling require surgery
