Hi Practo user,
Loosening and tightness of scrotal sac depends on the movement of cremaster muscles. Some times due to inflammation or cramps in scrotal muscles or in spermatic cords causes pain. It's normal but if it occurs frequently than it can be managed through ayurvedic medicines by providing father details regarding this concern.
