Asked for Male, 20 Years

Am 20 years old man studying medicine and recently I had been taking steroids for past 6 months and two weeks ago I noticed a lump in my left testicles but is not painful but whenever masterbate I used to feel fatigue, pain in my groin, urge to defecate , back pain . Am so afraid please help me
