Testicular pain
Dear sir I have pain in testicles which also strain the part of macules . It occurs some time in a month.this happening from last six months. Please suggest me for medical treatment.

Pain in testicles should not be ignored. You have to get the testicles examined by u/s to detect any internal problems and take treatment. Please consult a general surgeon.
