Tetanus injection
I visited a clinic today, they told me now the tetanus injection works for only 1 month, now company is not making these vaccines to work for 6 months. Previously it was 6 month but now its only for 1 month. Is it true? I got a minor scratch in my finger 3 days ago through sharp steel object and i already got a tetanus shot around 4.5 months ago after my accident which i believe to be a tetanus shot, i actually never asked him which injection is he giving but i presume it to be tetanus shot. (P.s- i got all the necessary injections in my childhood)

Once a Tetanus toxoid injection is given, it gives you immunity upto 10 years. No need to repeat the dose in your case for next 10 years if you have taken it 4 months ago. Do not worry.
