Hi,
I have had a tetanus shot 1 year ago. I recently fell down and got a small abrasive wound on my elbow on a sandy field. However, I had cleaned the wound well with soap and put on boroline. The wound is swollen, red and a bit painful. It's not unbearable. Do I need a tetanus shot again?
