Yesterday I got scratch from hair trimmer in Barber shop...do I need tetanus shot ? Last time I got my tetanus shot was 9 month ago.

No, You don't need now as you have already received tetanus injection in recent past. You need to take care of injury.... get a proper dressing done. Take care. Take all precautions to prevent infection at the site of wound.
