Tetis issue
Hi sir / Ma'am This issue is now very big after my operation of hernia my testis is full of some liquid and there is a pain in testis after consulting with same doctor who operate my hernia he told it's normal thing after operation. He gave me some medicine prescription and I take those medicine. I didn't take it serious after that but now these days my testis is hanging too much  and whenever I masturbate the sperm comes in very light like water even doing pee there are some gel type coming after pee and also A few drops come out later after urinating. This problem is going so long i request to you help me in same. Regards

This is small issue   take songraphy of testis + urine exam   sperm exam not needed if you feel do  gel after pee is common in your age   advise to wear langot in day only + take tab oxalgin m r      stop observations of semen  your semen is best to produce sex satisfaction and children as you Are best young loving man   stop thinking  for hernia I want to advise you  contact someone or me as spiritual dr
