The pressure in ear is not neuralising
I had a flight , after which the problem started and my right ear had a pressure which is not neutralising.

You seem to be suffering from otitic barotrauma which commonly occurs because of air travel. Pressure variations in high altitudes causes dysfunction of the eustachian tube and results in collection of fluid in middle ear. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use decongestant medicines for few days for faster recovery
