The rashes has been developed on my body

The rashes has been started a weeks back and now it is spread all over the body. As per advice I am using medicine teczine of 10 mg and atarax 25 mg but not feeling better at all please suggest me some Ayurvedic medicine for this disease. Doctor has told me that it is urticaria so I have gathered the information about this from google but not finding the remedy of the same as it is itchy and also the rashes appear and disappear at the in some time intervals. Don't know whom to consult so please help me in finding the solution and also I am not on any sort of medication as have no other disease last year I got sick because of typhoid and dengue but other than that no other problem is with me.
