I want therapies at my home for my mother. The therapies should include hot pads and not from dry heat.

Physiotherapist can't carry their moist heat packs at home... You must visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic if you specifically wants moist heat... Or else at home you can use hot bottle and wrap that hot rubber bottle with a wet but properly squeezed cotton cloth .. this will give moist heat effect
