There is a permanent boil for last 15 years on the back of my husband under the neck. It does not pain however we still wanted to check & treat this. its round in shape & hard in the center, skin color. Which doctor should we see ?

Thanks for the query. Thats a very limited description to make any comments. I suggest you to see a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Delaying may not be a good option unless you know what the diagnosis is. Hope it helps you.
