There is a pustule formation on my waist

Few days back noticed redness on my upper waist I thought it was a mosquito bite but it increasing and is getting painful... I noticed that it is a pustule formation.. Pls suggest what medicine should I use to dry it out and also does neosprin powder spray will be helpful
