There is too much pain in my whole body
I have been having too much pain in my whole body my vitamin D level is 14 I feel very weakness I also feel dizziness

Take multivitamin tab.... Do exercises...physical workout is important of any age for any weight.... Take lot of sunlight in winters as it's a natural source of vitamin D..
