CT SCAN REPOT : . Bilateral lungs field are normal .Mediastinal structure including great vessels are normal. No mediastinal / hilar lymphadenopathy masses noted . .Trachea & bifurcation appear normal .hear size is normal .No pleural effusion is noted .Well defined expansile lesion measuring approx 6*5*3 Cm in manubrium of sternum . elevated right hemidiaphragm IMPRESSION: WELL DEFINED EXPANSIBLE LESION IN MANUBRIUM OF STERNUM WITH ELEVATED RIGHT HEMIDIAPHRAGM LIKELY MALIGNANT
