Thick brown discharge
My wife missed her period by 2 to 3 days as of today and strangely she experienced thick brownish discharge about 3 to 5 ml and a couple of days back when we used pregnancy test kit we found it to be negative... Can this brownish thick discharge indicate any signs of pregnancy

It could be begining of periods also as pregnancy test was negative.
