Thick endometrium
During my USG, the endometrium became thick on the 25th day of my previous cycle, and my cycle is about for 28 days so, I want to know that endometrium became thick on the nearby days of periods or is it a sign of early pregnancy ? Please answer ?

Prior  to you getting your periods the endometrial lining  is thick and that would be shed  in your periods this is not a sign of early pregnancy

Endometrial thickness is a part of the cyclical changes in the endometrium during the duration of the menstrual cycle. It will become thin again after you have your next period which is just 3-4 days away. All normal.
