During my USG, the endometrium became thick on the 25th day of my previous cycle, and my cycle is about for 28 days so, I want to know that endometrium became thick on the nearby days of periods or is it a sign of early pregnancy ?

Endometrial thickness is a part of the cyclical changes in the endometrium during the duration of the menstrual cycle. It will become thin again after you have your next period which is just 3-4 days away.
All normal.
