My aunt had irregular menses bleeds and from last three months she had no menses.
We got an ultrasound done her endometrium thicken to 10mm,she is taking medicine and now menses started, can it be cured with medicines and is it ovarian cancer please suggest me and should I show up to gynae doctor for the treatment?

Depends on lots of factors, her age, bleeding pattern, sequential ultrasound report.. 10mm is not thick for a menstruating female, but its quite thick for a post menomapusal lady.. kindly share all details and age of the patient..

If the ultrasound shows normal ovaries , ovarian cancer is ruled out.We need to know the age of patient. 10mm thick endometrium generally needs a biopsy to confirm any pathology.
