Thickening of skin on legs

Hi Doctors, I have some kind of thickness on feets. Images attached FYR FIRST IMAGE - Current image Second image is - a month before. Last month I have done an consultation with a Doctor on practo and she said it's chronic ezcema condition and she prescribed some voinment and I couldn't buy due to containment zone issues.. I have no other symptoms other than this Can you pls tell me is this chronic ezcema or something else?
